Ram Sharaph is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from the Indian School of Business Hyderabad.
Meenal has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, entrepreneurship and financial advisory services. Formerly head of Investment Banking – Financial Services at Intellecap, Meenal has led some of the most complex and path-breaking transactions in the sector, such as the largest consolidation in the ATM services space, the first consolidation in the MFI space, commercial due diligence for the then largest investment in MFI space, etc.
Meenal has rich experience in handling complex transactions and structures in multiple stakeholder situations and has developed extensive network among investors and DFIs in the financial services space. Meenal is a Chartered Accountant and is frequently sought out for her views on the financial services sector.
Manisha has over 13 years experience across investment banking, investment management, family office advisory, non-profits (including interface with government), legal & compliance and general management with companies such as Ernst & Young, IIFL Wealth, SUN Group and SUN F&C Mutual Fund. In her last assignment, Manisha managed private investments for the Sachin Tendulkar Family Office. She currently helps set up & manage family office for HNIs. At Elbrus, Manisha helps with continuing engagement with the investor community – PE/VC, family offices and HNIs.

Shikhar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from the Mumbai University. With over four years experience in finance, taxation, diligence and related matters, Shikhar is a key part of execution teams across industry verticals. Shikhar has extensive consulting (assurance) and transaction experience in financial services, consumer and FMCG, technology, real estate and other sectors.
Mr Chand spent over three decades at State Bank of India, India’s largest bank, in senior positons: Head of Project Finance (part of the team that set up SBI’s project finance division), Head of SBI Capital Markets – project finance, Managing Director of SBI Mutual Fund.
Mr Chand was lender to several leading industrial groups such as the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Essar Group, Videocon Group and other leading corporates in the country. Mr Chand has strong relationships with the CXO’s / promoter families at these business houses as well as at infrastructure finance companies such as IDFC, IL&FS, SREI in addition to PSU banks, commercial banks, private and foreign banks.
Subsequently, Mr Chand led the Infrastructure Advisory Group at Ernst & Young, Mumbai growing the team from one person to over 15 people.
Mr Chand now advises Elbrus Capital’s clients in the financial services, infrastructure, logistics space on debt raising, business combinations.
One of the early tech-entrepreneurs in the country, Mr Mutalik has over 30 years of experience in technology, technology leadership and entrepreneurship. A successful tech entrepreneur, Mr Mutalik founded India’s first venture backed ITeS company – Kshema Technologies, which was subsequently acquired by Mphasis. Mr Mutalik went on to found two more technology companies which he has since successfully exited. Currently on his fourth entrepreneurial venture – Agathsya Technologies that works with emerging tech companies, providing cutting edge solutions, Mr Mutalik brings his extensive experience in the technology space as well as wide network of contacts to Elbrus Capital as Advisor – Technology.
A healthcare professional with over 20 years of strategic, consulting and operating experience, Dr. Gujral is the Group COO of Gleneagles Global Hospitals, a leading hospital chain. Earlier, Dr. Gujral led the healthcare and pharma investment banking division at Anand Rathi Advisors, a leading domestic investment bank. Dr. Gujral has extensive strategic and operating experience in leadership positions at Fortis Healthcare (Group VP – Strategy) and Apollo Hospitals (Group VP – Operations and RCOO). Dr. Gujral has extensive experience advising large corporates in the healthcare and pharma space on strategy, as Head of Consulting (Asia Pacific) / Principal Consultant – Lifesciences, Healthcare, Pharma, Med-tech at Economic Intelligence Unit (Singapore) and Principal – Healthcare, Lifesciences, Pharma at SDG, a globally acclaimed strategy consulting firm. Prior to his corporate career, Dr. Gujral spent over eight years with the Ministries of Defence and Health in senior roles. Dr. Gujral is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
